Why Immersion Cleaning is Preferred
Unlike standard spray cabinet washers, immersion cleaning exposes all surfaces of the part, including blind holes and small crevices, to the cleaning solution. By combining hands-off, total immersion cleaning, easy part load/unload, vertical lift platform agitation and ultrasonic cleaning action, the Sonic Liftkleen offers the most intensive, efficient ultrasonic immersion cleaning system available. Complex parts, like manifolds are no problem.
The TUSR Sonic Liftkleen offers two sizes with several options, including filtration. One touch control of the pneumatic air system and electronic controls turns multi-function operation into a simple step.
TUSR Sonic Liftkleen Standard Features:
- Deep “V-shaped” tank bottom focuses the ultrasonic power on the work load
- Air operated lift platform handles loads with ease; Up and down agitation while submerged enhances the cleaning process
- Lift platform raises to the top of the immersion tank, for easy access to load and unload parts
- Cycle timer to raise platform at end of cycle
- Automatic lid operation
- Small foot print is ideal for cellular manufacturing and can be combined with other units (rinse tanks, dryers) to complete the cleaning process
- 24/7 heater controls for efficient operation
- Low liquid level heater protection
- Corrosion-resistant MIG welded stainless steel construction on all wetted parts is designed for longevity
- Adjustable, thermostatically controlled tank heaters maintain optimum cleaning solution temperature up to 160°F (71°C)
- Oil skimmer removes oil from cleaning solution
- Double walled insulated tank and lid reduces heat loss and evaporation
- Bonding of transducers is guaranteed for 10 years
