Why Immersion Cleaning is Preferred

Unlike standard spray cabinet washers, immersion cleaning exposes all surfaces of the part, including blind holes and small crevices, to the cleaning solution. By combining hands-off, total immersion cleaning, easy part load/unload, vertical lift platform agitation and optional Graymills Superflo™ pump jet action, the Liftkleen™ offers the most intensive, efficient immersion cleaning system available. Complex parts, stacked or nested parts are no problem.

The TL Series Liftkleen™ offers a variety of sizes and options, including pump, agitation, cycle timers, and automatic control of cleaning cycles, that make it the easiest-to-use, large size cleaner on the market.  One touch control of the pneumatic air system and electronic controls turns multi-function operation into a simple step with an automatically opening and closing lid.

The TL Series large capacity total immersion cleaners and are offered in both solvent (TLC) and heated aqueous (TLH) versions.

TLC Unheated Models (Non-Flammable Solvents)

Available in four models, the TLC4524-A, TLC4524TP-A, TLC6024-A, and TLC6024TP-A.

TLC4524-A and TLC6024-A Standard Features:

• Large capacity air-operated lift platform handles up to 400 pounds
• Automatic lid opens and closes in conjunction with platform
• Flow-thru brush and 170gph pump allow for detail cleaning
• E-Stop and Fusible Link safety protection
• UL508A Control Certification and CSA 22.2 #286 Control Certification

TLC4524TP-A and TLC6024TP-A Standard Features:

• All features of standard TLC4524-A and TLC6024-A 
• Digital Cycle Timer - When timed cycle is complete, platform will raise and lid will open. Timer will have a working range of 0-999 seconds or minutes for long cycle requirements.  Factory set to 300 seconds (5 minutes).  Includes switch to disable timer when not needed.
• Turbo Pump Agitation - Centrifugal pump with a 3/4 Hp motor provides over 3,300 GPH of circulatory flow to deliver Dual Action cleaning.  Allows use of optional filtration.

 TLC4524TP-A and TLC6024TP-A Filtration Options:

• TLC-F1-10 - Mounted to machine. 10" cast iron cartridge filter system operates from bypass plumbing on the pump in the tank to continuously remove particulate from tank and extend bath life.  10-micron element.
• TLC-F4-50 - Mounted to machine. #4 bag-style filter system operates from bypass plumbing on the pump in the tank to continuously remove particulate from tank and extend bath life.  Includes 50-micron element,
• TLC-F2-50 - Free standing mild steel #2 bag-style filter system operates from bypass plumbing on the pump in the tank to continuously remove particulate from tank and extend bath life.  Filter will be free standing on an adjustable tripod.  Includes 50-micron element, hoses, and plumbing.

TLH Heated Stainless Steel Models (Water-Based Detergents)

Available in six models (not including voltages), the TLH4524, TLH4524TP, TLH4524TAP, TLH6024, TLC6024TP, and TLC6024TAP.

TLH4524 and TLH6024 Standard Features:

• Large capacity air-operated lift platform handles up to 400 pounds
• Automatic lid opens and closes in conjunction with platform
• Stainless steel rack, platform, and tank for corrosion resistance
• 9kW of Heat for rapid temperature rise
• Digital thermostat for temperatures up to 180°F (82°C) with real-time temperature display
• Low Liquid Heater Protection to disable heaters and prevent damage to machine in a low liquid situation
• Fully insulated tank and lid and lid to prevent heat loss and provide faster heat up
• E-Stop safety protection

TLH4524TP and TLH6024TP Standard Features:

• Auto Water Fill - Dual stainless steel float switches attached to a solenoid to maintain optimal liquid level in the tank.

 TLH Options (All Machines):

• TLH-OSK-CM - Temporary installation.  Corner-mounted Abanaki® 1” belt-type skimmer removes oil from wash tank to maintain consistently high levels of cleanliness, prevent re-depositing of oil on parts, and prolong life of cleaning fluid.  Will require lid to remain partially open when in use.  Requires 115V power.
• TLH-OSK-RM - Permanent installation.  Rear deck mounted Abanaki® 2” belt-type skimmer removes oil from wash tank to maintain consistently high levels of cleanliness, prevent re-depositing of oil on parts, and prolong life of cleaning fluid.  Has a built-in 24-hour timer.  Will not require lid to be open.  Requires 115V power.

 TLH Options (TP and TAP Machines):

• TLH-OSEP-5S - Operates from 5gpm continuous flow provided by agitation pump in machine.  Removes tramp oil from aqueous cleaning solutions.  Oil separation improves parts cleaner operation.  Continuous oil removal during the cleaning process; no shutdown required as with skimmers; oil is not redeposited on clean parts.  Returns oil-free solution to parts washer.  Automatically draws off collected oil for reuse or reclamation.  Benefits:
