BTU Series Digital Ultrasonic Benchtop Parts Washers
Industrial grade ultrasonic cleaning system
Graymills offers two series, BTU and BTV, of 40kHz Benchtop Ultrasonic Cleaners. Their small footprints make these units ideal for job site “cell” cleaning applications or places where space is critical. All models feature self-enclosed design with stainless steel, corrosion-resistant tanks and lift-off covers. Units operate at standard 120V single phase power. Optional stainless steel parts baskets to prevent loss of small parts are available for all models.
The BTU bench top parts washers are available in 4 gallon, 7 gallon, and 17 gallon sizes. For additional information consult our product table below.

- Low liquid level shuts off heater in event liquid level drops below a setpoint

NOTE** - On this unit we have separated the generator from the unit to make the footprint smaller. The sonic generator can be placed at the end user's convenience. Control for the sonics and intensity controls are on the generator. There is no cycle timer functionality.
